Default SLP Ram air kit????

With the SLP ram air kit I know you have to block of the intake like with the FTRA but doesn't it also have a plate where you can block off the ram air portion and return to stock intake during inclement weather?

The SLP air duct is not ram air. To quote SLP, it is a source of cold air. There is no plate or anything else to prevent air from entering the duct. It doesn't hang low enough to scoop up water unless you drive through a very deep puddle in which case you might splash some water up into it.
