Volant????

What do you guys think of the Volant intake setup I am really really for some reason trying to utilize my the hood on my SS.

The Volant doesn't utilize your SS hood anymore than the factory airbox.

Personally, I don't like it.. but that's a matter of taste.

I have no idea if it's any good (never trid one) But it looks badass. mine gave me 3hp/4rwtq over the lid. Not much but it looks a helluvalot better! I would say only spend the extra money if it is worth it to you. I like it becuase you get more sq inches of filter surface AND is blocks off the hot air from the engine inlike the FIPK crap.

I'm guessing that the Volant would work better with the WS6 Trans Am better than with the SS Camaro. If anyone has actually dyno'd the Volant, please post! I'd like to see the results!
