Default SLP Y-Pipe, is it worth it ????

Is the Y-pipe worth installing, does it give any noticeable increase??

What is the biggest restriction in the exhaust, other than the muffler (I have the loudmouth)??

Thanks!!

Is it worth it? Probably, if you're never going to get headers. If you plan on LTs or Mids then don't bother buying one.

Having said that, I have an SLP Y-pipe that I put on when I installed my last catback. It's a nice piece, but I doubt the gains are very big. I'm sure there is some gain though, especially for me since I'm running race pipes in place of the cats.
