Default Why after cam install would higher idle be rougher?

I read on here somewhere, that after cam install raised idle was rougher than lower idle, i have found this condition with my own car and wondered if any body had the answer for this? Is it a A/f ratio issue that needs programming to sort out? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" />
