I just purchased a Hooker system because I liked the looks of it. I also like that it is quieter than most which is a plus in my book if you have headers and a ORY pipe.

I would run the slp system if it's the dual / dual it cleans up super nice. And sounds awesome if you ever want to run longtubes and ORY.

I like the sound of the Hooker better. I listened to several set-ups with the SLP mufflers & the Hooker just sounds better to me all around. Plus it flows great. I wouldn't trade it for any other muffler.

i have Hookers too and the sound is great. its nice and quiet at low rpm but when you step on it it gets very loud. the flow is outstanding as well.

I had the slp dual/dual on my stock manifolds and cats car. Switched to Hooker. Neither was louder than the other, but the tone of the Hooker was much deeper. I like it much better

What kinda SLP catback are you talkin about? the duel duel system or Loudmouth or Loudmoth 2, Id assume its the duel duel system which is similar to the hooker but I would still take the SLP over the hooker

if you paid to sound louder, get your $ worth! SLP lm is an attention getter. it sounds very agressive and can get you attention whenever you want it just open it up some

I just got my car back today and I have the lm2 with headers and a cam and it sounds awesome. Not to loud but whe I get on it it has a very aggresive tone.
