Corsa Rattling

Hey guys im thinking of buying a corsa muffler for my CME. However the muffler is supposeodly making a rattling noise, and i was wondering if this is a common problem with the mufflers or not? Also what can i do to fix it? Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks

There was supposedly a bad run or bad quality control and the interior baffles started to **** themselves. Easy replacement with the warranty, however buying second hand I don't know if it would be so easy. HTH.

hmm, maybe i can see if he has the receipt or something, or if he can try to replace it for me before..

Yea try that, shouldn't cost him anything I don't think maybe shipping, to have it replaced via warranty. Then you'll have a nice new piece.

Don't take the muffler if it's rattling. I'm not sure how much it would cost to have it repaired by an exhaust shop, or if can be repaired at all. And Corsa will charge you $300 to replace the muffler if you don't have a receipt.
