Default JBA Headers & Re-routing O2 Sensor

Has anyone else had this problem?

One of the big reasons that I bought the JBA's is that I didn't want the hassle of a long install... that and my car doesn't have enough clearance with LT's.

For starters, the stock bolts are too long to properly torque down the manifold. Sooo, you either have to shorten the bolts or use two gaskets per side....

Next, on the drivers side header where the JBA relocated my O2 sensor, the O2 wire is now not long enough to connect to the original plug. Even with disconnecting the plug from the block, it is still too short. I had to completely remove the O2 sensor wire and re-rout it over the engine differently. A TOTAL PAIN IN THE A$% TO CUT ALL OF THE HARNESSES THAT IT TRAVELS THROUGH!

I just thought that I would throw this in to help save anybody that has the misconception that JBA's bolt right in. Had I known that the install was going to take this long I would have purchased differently....

Be sure to contact JBA about your problems. I know it's too late to fix your problems, but your feedback could help them improve there product.
