Idle problems with my buddies 99 Firehawk
The best way to tell is to hook a scanner up & see how much idle the PCM wants & compare that to what it actully is.I wouldn't sweat it.

<strong>You also need to take into account that the factory tachs aren't the most accurate. My '98 T/A's tach was 200 RPM off!</strong></font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Mine too, tach read 1000rpm at idle, A-tap read 800. You can have the whole gauge cluster replaced and calibrated under warranty at the dealership ( <img border="0" alt="[barf]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_barf.gif" /> ). Or just do what I did and get a MONSTER tach. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
