Default Gale Banks exhaust

Has anybody heard the new Gale Banks exhaust system. I talked to a guy at the company and he said that it will be available sometime within the month. I was wondering how good it sounded, but I think the only systems out there now are prototypes. I have heard of one guy that has the system.

We will be installing this system on an '00 Trans Am tomorrow. We should have some before and after dyno numbers to post.

Let me know what you think about its sound and performance. It really sounds like it is gonna be nice. Try to include a description of the tips too.

I'll try to get some pics of the tips, if at all possible.

Saw it today at Thunder. Tips are shaped like the stock tips, but are chrome/stainless. Geoff was strapping it to the dyno when I was leaving.

i have it on my car now!...i was a test mule here for it locally through a vendor as well.it is a dual round tips system with (2) rolled edge tips on each side!..this is their new prototype system, not to be confused with the oval tip version!..I must say how impressed I am with the sound of the system. It is very mellow at idle and cruise, and screams under full throttle!..mine was dynoed at 15 more rwhp over a totally stock system.Banks told me the system should be in full production in about 1-2 weeks and a retail price should be around $500!..this is an all stainless system as well, and for 500 bucks ,that is hard to beat!...this really is a nice system~! <img border="0" alt="[hail]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_hail.gif" />
