corsa vs. borla

I can help a little on this subject since I have FLP's with Borla, and my girlfriend has FLP's with Corsa. Overall the Corsa is quieter cats or no cats. I like the sound of the Corsa better with cats and the Borla better with no cats. I think as well as most of my frends think the Corsa sounds bad with no cats. My choice would be the Borla over the Corsa. In fact I think the best would be the Borla with Corsa tips.

Add on extra cubes with a Corsa, good longtubes, and no cats = one awesome sounding car. Trust me, it sounds good!!!

I don't want to spend that much money on my car just so the cat-back will sound good.

I've got the FLP LT's/ORP's and a Flowmaster 3" collector with a 18" bullet to quiet the raspiness thru a Corsa. Borla's don't even get close to this sound, the Corsa has a real deep rich tone at idle and will wake the dead at WOT. The only draw back to the FLP LT system is the "Y" pipe, it steps down right after the "Y" causing a flow restriction which is the reason for the Flowmaster 3" collector. Your correct on the expense point, they aren't cheap.
