Default looking for mac header install doc

does anybody w/ a 2000 that did there own install have a write-up? i went with the '99 headers and am just going to bend the tubes to fit. this is where i'd love to get some guidance. thanks guys.

I would say remove coil packs, plugs

Looks like that person put them in from the bottom.

with SLP I took loose the started and oil filter
and cut that square tab off the pass side of motor. Its a casting tab.. I cut half of it off
no problems.

you can reuse the manifold gaskets if they are
in pretty good shape.. you will need new AIR tube
gaskets along with the AIR tube mod.

thanks TA_2001. the folks at speed inc. told me i could bend the AIR tubes to fit but would have to replace the EGR tube. i'll guess i'll find out this week and let everyone know how it goes. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
