2 quick questions 1.) I'm on the fence...should I go with the MTI clear lid or save some $$$ and get SLP's?
2.) I have chrome laser cut stickers for the recessed C-A-M-A-R-O lettering in the back of the car. I'm hesitant to put these on the paint. What do you think? Too cheesy? Will these destroy the paint? I've seen the '02LE SS's with the letters filled in.

Re: 2 quick questions 1) I have the SLP lid and it fits well and has a provision for my air tube which I like. I have read that the clear lid may be more prone to cracking but I have not seen one do so. The clear lid does look sweet but if that is not your primary motivation save money and go with the SLP. The gains are about the same for both.
2)I am not a big decal fan so I can't help there.

Thanks for the post. I think I'll go with the SLP air lid. The clear MTI looks nice, but if the gains are about the same I'd rather have the extra $50.
I'm not sure what to do with the stickers for the rear letters. I did just order some front fascia fill-ins though. They are white reflectable ones from afterthoughtsauto.com/. It was only $19. I hate that black plastic nose. I just don't think it's worth putting an aftermarket one on. The fill in letters will wake it up enough for me.
