Fuel pressure regulator
Thanks,
Mike
I canabalized the FPR out of the assembly. It wasn't easy, but I think I have a working regulator. I tested it with air pressure and it appears to open around 57#. Don't know how accurate my gauge is, but it is fairly new. I will test it for leaks with fuel in the morning.
Where is the stock return line in relation to the tank. Can I put the regulator after a filter or should it be near the pump?
Thanks for the idea.
Mike

FYI, you can break off the lil tab in the middle of the torx screw on the bottom of the FPR. You can then adjust your pressure where you need it.

I saw that Torx screw and wonder it it was for adjusting the pressure. BTW, I've seen the Torx drivers with a hole in the center for the anti-tamper screws.
One other thing, is there suppose to be a vacuum line going to the small nipple? I can suck on it and it just passed air. What's it for?
