I would start with your spark plugs as mentioned above. A quick call to ARE might be a good idea if you have trouble isolating the problem.

If my injector tips are burned, is there anything i can do to fix them, or are thy junk?

PS. The F-Body L98/TPI and LT1 PnP fuel systems are now shipping through authorized dealers.
The LS1 single F-body PnP system is in protype stages and hopefully will be available any week now. The C5 pump hit and PnP harness is now available but at this time requires the fuel module to be sent in for retrofit.
