Default O2 Simulators?

Hooker Long Tubes are going on next week, do I really need O2 sim's or not? I don't really care about the SES light.

If you don't mind the SES light then you won't need O2 sims to replace your rear O2 sensors. They would simply be used to avoid the light.

What is the best way(not a band-aid) to lean the LS1 out?? I have heard good and bad things about the MAFT and LS1 edit, when it comes out, is pretty $$$$. ANy suggestions?

The closed loop a/f ratio relies on the sensors forward of the cats for feedback. Why would the lack of rear sensors have any effect that wouldn't also be seen with sims?

It should be sufficient to "tune" for the header installation. It won't, however, allow you to do direct tuning for injectors, timing curve, etc., like LS1Edit will.
