engine restorer clogged my oil pump???

engine restorer clogged my oil pump??? i burn oil...infact more than ur "average" LS1....i have blowby(dont give me ****...i know the ONLY way to fix)....anyway i went to add a quart of oil lastnite and added teh engine restorer w/ it...10 min later im only gettin 22psi at idle 
...and maybe 35 at 3/4 of the pedal to the floor ???
