LS1 longtube headers for my 2500HD?

LS1 longtube headers for my 2500HD? does anyone know if a set of Pacesetter longtube headers for the LS1 5.7 will fit on my trucks' 6.0L engine? i've heard that both engines are practically identical, is this true?
They will bolt up to the heads, as they have the same port/bolt hole pattern, but they will probably not clear the body panels. They might, however, considering the f-body engine bay is much tighter.
