Default Spark plug?

Well i pulled a plug out of t/a today and they were gapped .72. Is this to much? And what are the factory plugs because it has the ac delco 41-9?? in it and it has a 120,000 miles on it and i think they are the originals. Whats a good plug to put back in it??

That gap is too wide and the stock gap is 0.060". The reason your plug was 0.072" is the platinum disk is missing from the ground. These typically fall off early in the life cycle of the stock GM plugs. You will need to replace the plugs and make sure the gap is set up properly.

Default TR55's @ .055

NGK TR55's gapped at .055. Cheaper and they work great.

I didnt really think to check them b/c I ran 8.44 in the 1/8 and i thought that was pretty good for being stock. I guess i'll change them and see how it does.
