Holley Intake ?
I remember seeing post on bolt heads being a problem with intake sealing properly to the head. Was this just on the first ones or all of them? Also do they use the same oring gaskets as the factory intake or are they regular intake gaskets? thanks

Re: Holley Intake ?
The bolts are not a problem only if you use arp studs. as far as gasket they send you a paper mr. gasket type gasket. I would wait till something better comes out.

Re: Holley Intake ?
personally i didnt care much for the way it was made, the bottom part opens up for more port work. but it seems like the car could start to leak from there

Re: Holley Intake ?
I've been away from the board for a few weeks, but most recent info I had was the Holley wasn't any better than an LS6 intake for the typical heads and cam stock displacment 346. I've heard of a few Holley set ups getting more hp up top but losing bottom end when the intake was ported, I think it was 7-10 hp up top and a fairly solid loss of torque down low. From what I've seen I would still stick with the LS6 over the Holley in most applications.
