Default Wow, I think I need a tune

I got my new FAST 90/90 and TSP LS6 pump installed. And I've got good news and bad news. Good news is that oil pressure is fantastic! Before it was at like 19psi and bouncing all around, now it's at 60 and steady as a rock. Bad news is that I think that me never getting a tune finally caught up to me. The car is acting all sorts of funny. Idle is up, down, up, down, I can't go wide open throttle, the idle when in Drive is really high (so high that it will shift through second with my foot off the gas, ect... I'm taking the car in to get a Yank 4000, shift kit and cooler installed next week, along with a street tune/dyno tune. Do you guys know what's going on with it, or does it sound like It just needs a tune? At this point it's pretty much full bolt-on's and I've never had a tune.

I have had the same problem. Mine was because i bought the fast tb . I should of gotten the nw. My throttle body was brand new and it was junk. I had to shave the blade down so it wouldnt stick and it works fine now..

You may have a leak with the FAST 90 / 90 setup, whether the intake didn't seat properly or etc.

More than likely though, it just needs a re tune. I have seen a couple cars act crazy once a FAST intake is installed.

Hmm, well I'm pretty certain that everything is sealed up alright. And as far as the throttle body sticking is concerned, what was the problem exactly with the FAST TB's? What were the symptoms caused? I was talking with Jon from Texas Speed a little while back and he said that he had alot of problems with the car when he switched over to the FAST 90/90 setup and that he needed to get the car tuned before it would run the way it was suppose to again. My big concern is why the car won't go WOT? If I'm cruising at 50mph and punch it it just bogs a little and will not downshift. The A4's always downshift rather well at 50mph. I'm just confused as to why it's doing that. It's almost like the computer doesn't understand what I did and why it's getting so much more air that before and it's not letting me go WOT. Is that a possibility?
