Default Throttle cable question

My gas pedal travels about an 1 - 1 1/2 inches before it starts to engage the throttle body blade. Is there a way to tighten it up a bit?

Thanks

Yes I do have ASR. I opened that box but couldn't really grasp what I needed to do. I'll look again.

Remove the clip from the adjuster and slide the barrel inside until the slack is gone, then snap the clip back down. You can see the threads on the barrel inside that engage with the clip.
