I have seen transams with the ta unit, in fact I put headers on a ws6 this weekend that had it, because I flipped it over to the driver side to get it out of the way.

it's not a 'camaro' thing. Many fbodies 99-02 have it and it's not something you can just yank out.

no traction control here, my pedal is directly connected to my throttle body.

the cruise control cable is beside it.

Traction control is your right foot, if you can't control that in the rain then you've got problems

Tc was a 600 dollar option, why would you take it off. When you turn off the swith thats in front of the shifter.......its off, like, direct to the tb. Why wife has to drive my car car now and again and I sleep alot better knowing that if she turns too sharb with too much gas it not going to spin out of (her)control.many F bodys from 94 up have this option, its not a camaro or t/a thing it started with the vette. it records each wheel speed and if the front are not spining the same as the back it cuts the throttle; not so bad for everyday driving; but you can still turn it off when you need. It fun to not have TC cause you can always get crazy. Till you wreck cause it got away from you.

the TCS also cotrols cruise control, whiich is why TCS cars only have one cable on the throttle body, but non-TCS cars have a seperate throttle ancd cruise control cable on the throttle body...
