Underdrive pully
Underdrive pully i was thinking about buying an aftermarket one, but someone told me not too, he said it was the biggest pain in the *** and broke every couple of months or so. is this true?
on some the ribs brake on the pulley, also they are somewhat a pain in the *** to put on....unless your doing some sort of work already in the front of your car the small gain is usually not worth the time
I'm throwing one on right now because I'm doing heads/manifold/tb so I figured I might as well. Agree with everyone else though, they don't seem to post much in the way of power gains. Texas Speed basically threw in the belts with the pulley so that made it a little sweeter. My friend does swear that his made a big difference. Oh well.
Eventually you get to the point where you're looking for every last bit of power and you've run out of things to bolt on, then it'll probably be an appealing option.
