vid was a bit dark... what year is your car?
that little host with the L boot on it, if that truely connects to nothing behind the motor and instead connects to something on the side, follow the route, clip it and cap it. mine hangs out by the cowl on the drivers side and I just snugged up a wood screw into the little boot ...
