well, with that set up, which is exactly what i have, i would only add the cutout for sound, which is exactly why i added it 
dyno tests have proven that the cutout only outflows the magnaflow by around 5 hp. be sure to get a nice electric plate for the cutout, like the QTP, DMH, or McCord PP. its nice to be able to open it to race, then close it just to cruise. anyway, being that u already have headers, ory and a magnaflow catback, the cutout would mainly be for a mean sound.

+1. The magnaflow catback already flows really well, but the cutout would make your car sound like a bitch in heat! I'm definitely throwing one on when I install my setup which is similar to yours.

I have a cutout on mine with Pacesetter lt's and off road y-pipe. Here is a clip of what it sounds like with the cut out open. I think i am going to be addeding a second cut out and put them right after the headers to help with rasp for when they are open.
