Which is better solid or poly mounts? Who has used what and how did it work out for you?

I have the poly mounts and shaking is %95 eliminated.
Exhaust banging is gone.
Install is a nightmare.

Go with poly. You don't want solid on a street car, they're a pain in the butt. They'll vibrate the **** out of everything and it makes tranny removal a real pain in the ***.

i have solids. Love them

They make my car feel like a race car. I have a small vibe and it's only at idle. Also, I lost 10 lbs going to solids because the pedastal is replaced with a steel bar.
