The install wasn't a problem for me because I had a shop do a cam and full boltons with a tune all at once. As far as reliability? I've got over 1000 miles on it and a few 6300rpm revs and no problems with belts slipping off or anything. It's an excellent quality piece and I can tell that my engine revs up alot quicker. I have never seen an increase in engine temp or lower voltage charging either. However, I do not have a sound system that requires gigawatts of power. FYI, I paid $209 from TSP with belt and crank bolt.
