driver side header this whole thing has become a nightmare. one problem after another. now i cant seem to get the driver side header in. if i undo the motor mounts and jack up the motor on one side will i be able to get the bolts back in? or what can i do? where does the steering shaft unbolt at? please help me
Is the casting tab in the way? If so, hack it off. I cut mine clean off with the help of a friend + sawzall. Header slid right in no questions asked. Didn't have to jack motor or F with the steering. Got a pic?

Driver side is the worst! My pacersetters needed a little man handleing. just shove, twist and angle it. Me and my friend had to kick it in, then it was a lot of wrenching from the top and bottom. Pull the plugs and get universal's (swivels, U joint's for rachet's ) this will help. Also the stock gasket's is better used than the replacement gasket's as long as you remeber the way they came out.
