Default spark plug question

whats the best kind of spart plug and wires you can get for a LS1 I seen some in camaro magazine that claim to give you up to 15 hp I found that kind of hard to believe.

only way a plug change can gain a reasonable amount of power is if the old ones are faulty or gapped wrong.

i say go with the inexpensive, yet time tested NGK tr55 for $2 each.

why pay $10 each for plats or irridium when you'll see no gains

you wont gain anything like that from wires and plugs.....and you pay the extra money for iridiums because they last 10x longer....copper plugs burn off after a short time of running the car hard....iriduims dont....ac delcos are great plugs....you might want to try a search...theres 1000s of topics
