Default header installation please help

Okay so i finally got the bolt in snug on the passenger side .. and my Headers are now touching my K-member, is this a big problem? Do i need to call QTP and bitch a storm for fitting?... is it easily fixable or will it be okay?

Motor mounts are probably shot.

Do you think they'll be okay for a week? like if i run them for a week or so until i find a mechanic that will put them in ( i'm about "do-it-yourself" tired right now) I just know that my engine rocks side to side when i rev it so it'll probably rub or something of that sort, i just dont want to **** anything up really, and now that i finally got the 6th bolt in on my passenger side headers i'd rather not take it out personally, i'll leave that to the mechanic
