block off plates with race headers?

block off plates with race pacesetters? The guy who's installing my headers said I didn't need block off plates with race headers. I don't doubt him, but I just thought you had to have block off plates to block off the open tubes that are still there? he said all I need was a breeze plug...

a "Breeze Plug" huh?He meant a "Freeze Plug" and that would be to stick in the top of your intake manifold in place of the EGR Tube...
He is correct though, you won't need block off plates if your getting race headers.... the only hole you should have left to block off would be the EGR/Manifold one where the freeze plug would go...
You need a rubber expandable one from autozone... or you could order one from one of our sponsers
