Re: air box lid help!! Honestly, I don't think you're going to see a ton of difference between any of them... I've had a few different lids on my car since I've had it, and never really seen a night and day difference from one to another.
That being said, I love my new Texas Speed & Performance lid... I bought it to replace my old Direct-Flow lid that was falling apart. The TSP has the best fit of any lid I've ever used on my car.

Re: air box lid help!! GeorgeC is right. I'd try to find a used one on the classified board. The TSP (Texas Speed & Performance) lid seems to be doing really well right now. It wasn't tested on a stock LS1 though. That would be the tell tale sign. Anyway, good luck!
