porting dart heads hey guys i am wanting to know who here has ported dart heads
i got the dart 205 heads and i want to know how far you can go and if any tips on porting them but my main question is how much hp is gained from porting them
we are making 430hp @ wheels n/a now and 520hp @ wheels with a 100shot of gas
so what should i see with ported heads
(mods are 232/236 cam and dart heads)

this would be answered better in the internal engine section...but anyways as far as ported darts go most people that have done it have said that they really haven't gained much by doing it...also TSP used to port them but they had a problem with the valve guides, seals, or something like that once they were ported and they leaked oil. TEA also has said that they had to change the guides/seals before porting dart heads
