yea unless your pushin crazy HP one cutout will do fine, and you usually get better clearence further back in the i pipe. Also the cats wont hurt that much especially if there high flow cats, but the few setups ive seen have the cutouts right after the headers, kinda like the QTP duel cutout Y pipe

I suspect you will have to custom fab a y-pipe if you want dual cutouts and cats. I have dual cutouts but whether or not they help the performance much is debatable. They are however alot louder that a single cutout after the merge. IMO the sound is worth the hassle of 2.
If you get a y working with dual cutouts and cats I would like to see it.

I have QTP LTs into dual e-cut-outs in the Y-pipe all from QTP. One in the I-pipe would have been better for me right now, I think. You have to be careful that your exhaust doesn't cool thus reducing its velocity. If I had it to do over again, I'd either go true duals or one in the I-pipe

However, dual cut-outs sound ******* mean as hell. My car sounds like a hungry, pissed-off lion roaring. With them open all the way, you can't shout above it at 2500+ RPMs with the windows down. It's deafening loud. I love it, but there's no way you can drive around town like that. I usually keep them three switch-presses open.

I had duals where the cats belong. One smashed into my fuel line and I took them off and sold them. Sounded bad *** when they were opend though.
