Default Engine misfire

I had msd wires on my car and have had a miss well, we put it on the scanner last night and had like 36 misfires on number 6, So I bought some new wires today from the local store, Well I have a smoother idle now, But I hooked the scanner back up and every now and then i will have a misfire show up on numbers 4 and 8, Mostly 4 though, Is this normal? It isnt setting a light just my scanner is picking up a miss every now and then on those 2 cyclinders? Thanks for any help, Maybe it just does this? Hell I dont know?

Double and triple check all plug wires. They are VERY easy not to get on the all the way.

It is totally normal for the misfire counter to pick up one or two here and there. It's the consecutive counts you need to worry about. If the computer thinks it's a problem, it will tell you. Don't try and over analyze otherwise normal data patterns, you'll just pull your hair out.
