What size bolts will fit in the empty holes on the end of the heads??

The bolt that holds the EGR valve to the end of the head is M10x1.5x30.

HavATampa.....The valve you are talking about is the one in the back of the driver side head correct?

No, it's the EGR valve on the front of the passenger side head. All the bolt holes on the front/back of the heads should be the same size. The AIR valve bracket on back of the drivers side head is held on with a M10x1.5x20, same as the EGR bolt, just a little shorter.
