map sensor malfunction?

map sensor malfunction? I installed my cam...and suprise suprise...i got codes p0101, p0103, p0106...and the car didnt make any more power than it did precam. it has the characteristics of a vacuum leak, but i can't think of anything i didn't hook up?
P0101-Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Range/Performance Problem
P0103-Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit High Input
P0106-Manifold Absolute Pressure Circuit Range/Performance Problem
Anyone got any ideas? The 101 and 103 aren't setting anymore...but im still getting 106 on a consistant basis...
