New exhuast setup (56K beware) I finally moved on from the stock SLP dual/dual catback after 8 years. Ran a custom SS system all TIG welded 3" Y into a 3x3x4 Flowmaster and 4" out the back. I used a Hooker Flowmax muffler. This was not nearly as loud as I expected. Definately louder than it was but absolutely tolerable compared to the SLP Loudmouth. The real test is back onto the dyno this week. Hoping to see 10 or so to the tire.

Here's my before dyno from about 3 weeks ago. This is with a set of Absolute Speed 5.3's , G5X3 cam , FAST intake , FLP headers ,90mm TB , EWP , Yank 4400 , 4:10's. Car was last ran at Atco on Nov4th 2004 best ET was a 10.66@125 off a 1.41 60'. Heading back for a private rental on NOV 2nd of this year i've taken some more weight out and added some power since so who knows 1.3X 60's and into the 10.3's ? ? ?
nice....i think if i had to do it again, i'd go with a mufflex 4" setup
but oh well.
side note....hard to believe that your setup made 50rwhp more than mine...but our torque numbers are nearly identical.
