I wouldn't worry too much about it if your car is running strong, #2 is in the front and gets plenty of "air flow" after the rad. I'd read the plug. Take it out and see if it's different than the others. It should be brown if it's running ok, black means rich, white lean, anything else like oil encrusted means worse.
If you find your mileage isn't there, it's showing up on a dyno as weak, or your getting detonation or other tell tale signs, then I'd worry.
