Oil pan leak
Oil pan leak I've got a leak and I'm fixing it tonight. Can I seal it up with RTV and run the car when I'm done with no leaks, or do I have to wait the 24 hours?
This is a kind of "my motor is fucked, or it isn't" moment right now. I found water in the oil and had an oil leak. I'm just worried and want to know if it's f*cked or not.
I had my valve covers off for about 3 weeks. I'm thinking it was just alot of condensation that turned the oil into mud. If there is mud in the oil tomorrow, the heads are coming off and im looking at the gaskets.
No more oil leaks though.
But I probly have to tear the heads off.
