Default Intake swap

im going to retro fit a 2000 5.3L with the truck pcm into an 86 mazda rx7, i contacted painless on what harness to get, the LS1 harness or the truck harness, im asking this because im going to swap out the intake for the lower profile LS1 style(aftermarket) and was wondering if the harness for the truck would fit. i told painless techies bout my swapout and they arent that helpfull so.....hopefully you guys can steer me in the right direction. what would you recommend i use to tune after a cam swap, prolly going to add a turbo later also, i was looking into EFILive and HPTuner and also the JET Dynamic Spectrum Tuner, the JET being the cheapest but the demo software seems like its comparable to the other except that there is no real time tuning
