Exhaust idea So my car is WAY too loud for the neighborhood I live in, and I was wondering if it was feasible to put a stock catback on the car to replace the Borla, and just using an E-cutout for loud/quiet on demand.
A second option I came up with was putting the full block off plate on the Borla, but I have no idea how quiet this would make it, because I don't have the plates yet

wait. You are wanting to know if the stock catback will fit back on the car? Of course. Unless you have an ORY and are talking just in the rear section of the car. Is your car catted? Blocking it off would cut down on the popping as well as the higher decible sounds too. I think borla sounds terrible under a load.

Keep the Borla and mount a cut-out on the plate flange(it will bolt right up). Hence not getting rid of the Borla and being raunchy when you do/don't want to be. I would suggest getting the DMH for its adjustability (clocking orientation). Though DMH, QTP, and McChord should all work fine.
