what would you do? i got some ebay headers 
and they ended up not being coated. Being in PA i need coated ones.
They have 1400 degree paint on them. No matter what the situation comes down to, i have 3 choices...
1)Keep the headers (~free)
2)Sell them and buy pacesetter coated ones (~$100)
3)Send them off to get them coated inside and out (~$200)

Should have gone with stainless headers to start with - but based on what you have, and options listed, I would send them to JetHot (who are actually in PA) to have them coated.
