Intake, cam, heads? researching...

Intake, cam, heads? researching... So i have an 02 black ws6 6speed with headers, y-pipe, borla, and upgraded air induction. im getting ready to buy a cam, heads, and TB. I know that my car came with the ls6 intake and a smaller cam. should i stick with my ls6 and save the money or go to the fast 90/90?
also i need to know what kind of cam. i was thinking of 230* duration. any suggestions on that? also suggestions on heads would be great as well. i want to do it right the first time and money really isnt a big deal but id like to keep it reasonable as well.
