Final O2 Sensor Code verdict? Delete and Forget about it?

Final O2 Sensor Code verdict? Delete and Forget about it? So lots of reading, and lots of scratching my head. For all of us who have installed LT headers and have a bright orange SES light staring us in the face as we listen to our new exhaust rumble....with codes PO1135, 1133, 1153, 420 Etc.... What is the final verdict. Delete them and forget about it? Or do something that will fix it...and if someone knows the answer, please tell us!
What is the worst that could happen if we delete the trouble codes...being that the car runs fine, and has for months with the codes on.

I throw the 1133 and 1153 codes all the time. everytime i delete them they'll come right back. Im going to have my tuner take the codes out when i get back in town. But until then, im going to have to get used to that good ole ses light. The codes will not impede performance though so no worries there. Its up to you but i dont like lights staring me in the face.
