Throwing Codes!!!!!!
Throwing Codes!!!!!! okay i put a SLP 85mm MAF on my car, i was driving it tonight and it was fine until i drove about 30min and it threw a code, it done the same thing to me the other day and i went to checked it and it said something about it being RICH or something like that. do u guys have any suggestions on what it would be??? i dont think its like a vacume leak or anything everything seems to be sealed up right, but u guys try to give me some sugestions.
oh and i raced a 1973 mach 1 mustang, with a 347 stroker and got it by half a car, suppose to be one of the fastes cars in town WOOOWW

No prob..... just post up the codes when you get them...autozone does it for free if you didnt know along with them selling the scanners for less than 50bucks if you wanted to kno its allways handy to have one.
But anyway i had the 85mm maf, and i recomend if your planing on spraying to get rid of it...i realy didnt see much of a gain and i saw no loss taking it off, it retards timing so ive heard.
well i talked to the kid i bought it from today and i found out he thought my car was a 2001 and he sold me the SLP maf for the 2001-2002 when i need the one for 1998-2000 becouse of the bigger injectors so thats why it was making the car run rich. haha something easy. but the kid is giving me my money back. well im actually trading him for a Crane Cams Power Programmer. are those things any good, they say it can deliver up to 30hp and like 20 something ft/lb torque that pretty good.
