Borla or Cutout?

Borla or Cutout? Hey guys, i got a quick question. I've got a 3" cutout with the Borla after that. Performance wise, which will i gain more from? Do i leave the cutout open, or cap it up and let it run through the Borla? I had the cutout first, but then got a great deal on the borla i couldn't pass up. So now they are both on there but i don't know which to use. I haven't had time to get to the track, so i figured i would ask you gentleman. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How do I take the plates off with the Borla. I just got a car with Borla and I havent really researched it, and wanna take them off. Thanks
Anyone help me with my queston?
Re: Borla or Cutout? A cut out wide open against a Borla wide open, should be the same, Only difference should be the sound. Power wise shouldnt be a difference. If it is, should be enough to even feel.
