Header Gasket ?
Header Gasket ? Is it possible to put two sets of copper gaskets for my headers? Im having horrible leak problems and it is really frustrating and annoying!
also where is a cheap place to get an extra set of copper gaskets??
places around here dont sell them..autozone, oreillys, advanced none

First I would make sure the leak is not coming from the collector. Sometimes it can sound like its at the head when its not.
I just put on a set of pcaesetter LT's last weekend. I re-used the stock gasket ans had no leaks at all. One thing i noticed was that the bolts that came with the headers were just a little too long. They wouldnt quite get the headers tight enough. I went to the hardware store and bought some small lock washers and solved the problem. You might look into that.
