ls1 to ls6 intake install
ls1 to ls6 intake install I have a 2000 ls1 motor with the ls1 intake. I have purchased a ls6 intake from a 2002 c5. I did not get the throttle body, fuel rail, or injectors with it. Will my stuff off my ls1 intake convert over? Will I have to do anything different with my pcv? Thanks for all your help in advance.

Your fuel rail, throttle body, and injectors will transfer right over.
You will have to delete your EGR.
Watch out for the oil pressure sending unit when taking the old intake off and putting the new one on. It is right behind the intake and can easily be broken so be careful.

read that a few times, and as already stated, if you are not thinking about the oil pressure sensor when you remove the intake, it will break. not a huge deal, but a major annoyance.
and corvette TB's wont work on F-Bodies anyway, so good choice staying with stock, now port it.

i saw very good gains when i installed my ported intake and ported TB. i haven't been to the dyno yet, but i need to get a tune. mine came off a 02 Z06 so yeah you'll need to get block off plates for your EGR and delete it out. i deleted the EGR and AIR and then pulled all the smog lines under my hood, looks cleaner IMO
