Extrude honing of intake manifold

Has anyone had this process done on their intake manifold? I am using a GMPP carb style manifold, and it needs to be port matched to my ETP heads, plus the inside of it is very rough. I haven't seen anyone on this forum post about the process, but then again, most of the people on here are using the plastic manifolds. Just wondering if it will show me any gains.

extrude honing is very very expensive and i dont hink the gains you get from it is worth what you pay for it

I can get it done for $500, that includes gasket matching.
